Empowered FDC staff are available Monday to Friday between 9am to 4pm. After hours calls to our office will be monitored and sent to the appropriate person.

For inquiries about childcare with our FDC Educators Services, please go to the FAMILIES tab and complete the online inquiry form in full, once received, you will receive a reply via email WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
